Industry Pulse. Blog style.

Thought I'd throw down a list of my favorite non-photographer, but photography INDUSTRY blogs. These blogs are oriented to the business of photography. These are the ones I have RSS'd and read on a regular basis:

A Photo Editor: Rob Haggart former editor if Men's Journal. Great insights into the editorial world of photography.
A Visual Society: Anonymous agent who talk about their perspective of the industry. Again, great insights.
Burns Auto Parts: Leslie Burns, an industry consultant with lots o great free advice.
Scoop with Sosa Stone: Amanda Sosa Stone, another industry consultant who I've been working with over the last couple years. She's great.
PDN Pulse: If you don't know Photo District News, you should. They talk about what's going on in the photography industry, and their blog is more current things happening.
Heather Morton Art Buyer: Great advice and tips from Art Buyer's perspective
An Art Producer's Perspective: Great advice and tips from Art Producer Caitlin
Shoot The Blog!: Industry happenings, and tips from Photoshelter's blog writer.
Advertising Age: What's going on in the advertising world
Starworks: photography and celebrities in advertising
Photo Business News & Forum: Photo industry & Biz stuff

If anyone wants to add to the list throw down a comment. I'm always open to finding new Industry related blogs.

Hi,
I've been looking through your blog and I think it is really great. It's full of a bunch of really helpful tips concerning everything from technical tips to inner mindset. I saw alot of your photoshoots have random people, such as in your travel shoots. Do you use those for your stock photography or just for your portfolio? How do you handle model releases for people that you just meet off the street in those situations like the Dominican Republic or the Mammoth mountain stories?
